Guatemala Fuego Volcano Disaster Relief

Many are asking what they can do to help the victims of the Volcano Fuego eruption. We know most of you are Praying, but we cannot reiterate enough to PRAY with all of your "Heart, Soul, Mind, and Strength." From what we've seen first hand, and as we’ve talked with those who have escaped the affected area, many have perished and many more are unaccounted for. It seems much worse than can be reported, as it is too early to fully access the magnitude.

Immediate Needs:

- Medical Supplies and Basic Necessities such as food, water, clothing, formula, etc. We have sent two truckloads of Meds and Supplies, and are now concentrating on Basic Necessities.
- Our Aircraft is on standby, we expect to use it to transport critical patients from the overwhelmed hospitals nearby the scene to Guatemala City. We are seeking permission to land closer to the affected villages, but at this time have not been cleared.
- Our Excavating Equipment is in the system and awaiting dispatch, but the whole disaster system here is so overwhelmed and the affected areas so unstable due to continued eruptions, all we can do is wait and take care of their basic needs (survival).
- Equipment operators from the US and support for fuel MAY be needed, but it is too early to know.
- Monetary gifts are the fastest way to assure we can keep the aid flowing for the immediate needs…shipping from the U.S. will take too long.

Long Term Needs:

I wish we could answer this, but we cannot fully know yet. Spiritual Counseling, Homes, Water Systems, Roads…name a few. Please check back in a few days as we hope to have more answers.

“PRAYER does not equip us for the greater work…
it IS the greater work!”

We NEED that "greater work” of PRAYER from each of you beyond what I can express!
