Open Doors Orphanage

About Open DoorsOpen Doors is unlike any orphanage. These precious children are being raised on a mission base where we seek to passionately reach the lost! The orphanage began operating on November 9, 2011, after a lengthy process to obtain permits. It was on this date, thanks be to God, that we received the paperwork to operate legally. The first child we received was Juan de Dios who was found abandoned in an empty lot. He was rescued by people who informed the local authorities and brought him to our orphanage on December first of that same year. Up to the present time we have received 88 boys and girls of which 82 have been connected to and returned to a family member such as a parent, uncle, aunt, grandparent, etc. depending on the status of the family member. We currently have 6 children in the orphanage.
