Open Doors Orphanage

“If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good is that?” James 2:15-16

Open Doors is unlike any orphanage. These beautiful children are being raised on a mission base where we seek to passionately reach the lost!

Open Doors began operating on November 9, 2011. Over the last decade, we have been blessed with the opportunity to care for over 150 precious children. That is 150 vulnerable little ones that have been nurtured and loved by caregivers who point them toward Jesus every day!

Fun Facts

Our Nannies change approximately 252 diapers every week. Potty training is a full-time job at Open Doors!

28 nutritious meals and 14 snacks are prepared for the children each week.
There are at least 28 loads of laundry washed, sorted, folded, and put away each week.
Open Doors employs 8 nannies and a cook. These amazing women work 48-hour shifts to minimize the transitions and provide consistency for our children.

“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these.”
