   In this country, we have unlimited access to Bibles and other Christian literature, and I don’t know about you, but at times I can forget how blessed I am just to own my very own Bible. I’m sad to admit, it too often gets cast aside to collect dust, rather than being a source of wisdom and knowledge for my everyday life.

   If you have participated on a mission trip in Guatemala with Paradise Bound, you know that every family served through our outreaches is presented with a Bible. We do this, knowing that “HIS Word will not return unto HIM void.”

   Today we celebrate yet another gift from God! One of PBM’s ministry partners, Resourcing Now, has gifted our ministry with 96 cases of Bibles and NTs. In a time where government restrictions make the movement of food and supplies throughout the country nearly impossible, this shipment of Bibles arrived safely at the PBM mission base in Chimaltenango! These priceless materials will be utilized in the PBM Bible institute, Medical Clinics, PBM’s Discipleship Program, and the Action Bible Program; and will be placed in the hands of new believers so they too will grow in the knowledge and truth of God’s Word.

   I challenge you today to honestly evaluate how much time you spend reading your Bible. If you desire a personal relationship with your creator, it can only be gained through Prayer and by spending time in God’s Word. It is the source of life and contains infinite wisdom that will lead you to unimaginable spiritual growth.

They are an incredible ministry that is passionate about providing Christian literature and resources for organizations and workers serving throughout Central America and the Caribbean.
