What an awesome day! Each of the four homes were dedicated by the team members that help construct the homes. It started with photos with the family at the front of the house then moving into the house the family was presented with gifts for each member of the family. The family and the team members had a chance to exchange what was on their hearts through an interpreter. The conversation then moved to the spiritual. Gifts were given by the PBM staff of beans, salt and soup which prepared, in a physical way the importance of God’s Word (the Bible) which was also given to the family and each member. An evangelist on PBM staff then shared the gospel with the family members with an opportunity to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. All the while as the conversation was spiritual the rest of the team members that did not build the home were praying and singing outside the home for their hearts to be receptive to the gospel, that Satan would not interfere. All the families (16 individuals, Dads, Moms and children) of the 4 homes we built for accepted Jesus as there Lord and Savior! It was incredible to witness what God had done in these families lives for eternity!
